Sleep Innovation Company
Strategic design process to assess and re-define how The Client’s product proposition could better serve and capture value from the growing global market of people with a specific sleep disorder. This 6-week product strategy project comprised of research (desktop and primary), ideation around new product directions and a proposition revamp - aiming to turn loss into profit.
Government Agency
A collaboration with the innovation arm of a government agency, we had the privilege of reimagining their policy design and testing processes. The team engaged us for a collaborative design effort over a 6-week sprint consisting of research, experiment design and financial modelling.
